Further to our earlier notification about the server update we are pleased to inform you that after successfully migrating the Linux server we are now ready to migrate our Windows Mail Server.

We will be doing the final migration tonight Sunday, Nov 4 at 11:30 PM (+ 4 GMT) with possible down time of 4 hours. We will try to minimize the downtime as much as possible.

During this only mail services would be down. All the websites on the server would be running normally.

Once the server is migrated you will be automatically routed to the new mail server.

For domains who have SSL connectivity please note that it will be installed tomorrow morning once the server is migrated till then you can use connection with SSL on standard POP3 and SMTP ports.

Communications Plan: Our help desk will be fully functional and staffed during the migration. We will also be posting periodic updates in the announcement section to keep you fully informed of the status of all migration. Please do not use our emergency contact numbers during the migration, as this will just slow our work.
