Migration Completed for Windows Mail Server

Hi We are pleased to inform that we have successfully migrated our Windows Mail Server last night. As of now mail services are running from our new server : Reem All services are working as expected. Please feel free to let us know if you are facing any kind issue.

Dear Clients, As part of our Quality assurance policy we regularly upgrade our infrastructure to meet the Industry standards & incorporate services with latest technology to serve our clients in a better and most efficient manner. We have acquired state of the art Hosting Automation, Billing and Help Desk Software (WHMCS) and will be installing in coming weeks. For this we will be creating customer profiles for all our customers in the new system and in order to do so we will require following up-to-date information on priority basis: Contact Person: Company Address: Contact Number Office & Mobile: Primary Email Address: (Billing Mails would be sent to this only) Secondary Email Address: (Preferably other than company email address like Gmail, Yahoo or Hotmail) Domain(s): -Primary & Secondary Email Addresses are also Required for Help Desk Communications. (Such as Down Time Notices, Server Migration and any other important service updates) Kindly send the above information on the following address only: support@allianzworld.com We will soon be announcing our new Support / Help Desk Email Address using the new software once we have created the profiles and ready with installation. Communications Plan: Our current help desk will be fully functional and staffed during the integration of our new software. Important Announcement :: Server Migration

As part of our Quality assurance policy we regularly upgrade our infrastructure to meet the Industry standards & to protect the servers from any possible sign of crashes/downtimes. Since hard drive of the servers are mechanical devices hence we have a time frame of upgrading the hardware the moment it reaches its 2 years running phase. These servers have nearly completed their 2/3 years of operations and hence we feel its the right time to move it to heavy duty servers which would not only improve the overall performance but also offer the latest hardware to meet the industry standard with SSD Drives etc.
Servers Impacted: Linux & Windows Migration Date : liwa.allianzhost.com ( Our Linux Server will be migrated tonight 27 / 28 th October 2018) reem.allianzhost.com ( Our windows Server will be migrated in the coming week. Will announce the date and time later.)
Service Impact : Since we will migrate the servers during night time you will not notice any downtime. There is no changes required to be done from your end. Communications Plan: Our helpdesk will be fully functional and staffed during the migrations. We will also be posting periodic updates in the announcements section to keep you fully informed of the status of all migrations. Please do not use our emergency contact numbers during the migration, as this will just slow our work.
